Susan started her career at the Local in 1989. She has served Local 381 in several office capacities over the years. Susan is currently the Office Manager for our Local. Susan is a graduate of the IBT Office Managers Academy and has an extensive background in finance as well as Teamsters International Union requirements. Her expertise always shows before, during and after our internal and external audits. Reports and bookkeeping is an important part of the Local union operation, and Susan is the key to our success in this area.

In service to the members she understands the need to balance attention to supporting union staff and member satisfaction. She is always ready to take control of office conditions, promote fairness and have options ready for difficult problems.
